Daylight Saving Time officially begins this Sunday, March 8, 2026

At 2:00am, clocks will jump ahead one hour to 3:00am. While we "lose" an hour of sleep on Saturday night, we gain that beautiful extra hour of sunlight in the evening! 

Quick Tips:

  • Manual Clocks: Remember to set your microwave, oven, and older wall clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.

  • Smart Devices: Most phones and computers will update automatically.

  • Safety Check: This is a great time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors!
